小学生と蜘蛛の糸

昨日、小学校で遭遇したクモを捕まえた友達が、そのクモ殺そうとしたところ、息子は「やめよう」と言ったそうだ。以前、読んだ絵本『蜘蛛の糸』を思い出したとのこと。息子がその話をすると、友達も「そういえば、そんな話が」となって、クモを殺すのをやめたという。読み聞かせがこんなことにつながるとは想像していなかったけれど、無闇な殺生を踏みとどまってくれたのならうれしい。

After I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I get four emails with the exact same comment. There has to be a means you can remove me from that service? Many thanks!
