鳥かごサッカーバスケ（2 vs 1 bird cage – football and basketball)

先週の月曜から、息子と息子との友達と始めた朝練。平日のみ行い、きょうで10日目。野球の素振りを200本振った後、数日前から「鳥かご」をアレンジ遊びをしている。
「鳥かご」というのは、サッカーの練習法のひとつで、数人で行うもの。人数は決まっていないが、たとえば5人でやるなら、1人（鬼）が中に入り、残りの4人が外に立ち、パスを回し、中の人がそのボールをカットしたら、そのパスを出した人と交替する。横浜・F・マリノスの練習を見に行ったときは、7〜8人くらいのグループで鳥かごを行い、2人が中に入っていた（2人が鬼）。
アニメ「黒子のバスケ」や、ミニバス（ミニバスケットボール）をしている友達の影響で、このところ、息子がバスケにハマっているため、最初はバスケットボールで（手を使った）鳥かごを行っていたのだが、手でパスをし合うとなかなかカットできないので（パスカットがむずかしすぎて）、サッカーボールとバスケットボールを同時に用いた鳥かごをやってみたら、これが意外に楽しく、素振りの後、息子も息子の友人もやりたいとリクエストするので、ここ数日は「鳥かごサッカーバスケ」を行っている。

I think that what you composed made a lot of sense. But, think about this, suppose you added a little information? I am not saying your information is not good, however what if you added something that makes people desire more? I mean BLOG_TITLE is kinda plain. You should peek at Yahoo’s front page and watch how they write post titles to grab viewers to open the links. You might add a related video or a picture or two to get readers excited about everything’ve written. Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little livelier.|
