引き寄せの法則
先だって、船井幸雄さんの『上手に生きるルールとコツ』をこのブログで取り上げたが、あの本のすぐそばに並んでいたため、手にとったのがこの『引き寄せの法則』（マイケル・J・ロオジェ、石井裕之監修、講談社）。
この本では、言葉や波動などを取り上げ、引き寄せの法則について語っている。
こういうのをうさんくさいという人もいると思うけど（僕もそう思っていた）、たしかにその通り、と感じた部分もある。
たとえば、44ページから45ページにかけて、こんなことが書かれている。
「するな」「しない」「ない」という言葉をやめる。
「するな」「しない」「ない」
この三つを含む表現をするときは、
実際には望まないことに
注意と意識とエネルギーを向けています。
「それなら何が望みなの？」と自問しましょう。
「それなら何が望みなの？」と自問する
「するな」「しない」「ない」を使っていることに気づいたら、「それなら何が望みなの？」と自問しましょう。
そうすれば、こんな新しいフレーズに変わります。
・遠慮しないで電話して→電話をかけて
・あわてないで→落ち着いて
・忘れないで→するのを覚えておいて
・遅れないで→時間どおりに会いましょう
・ドアをバタンと閉めないで→静かに閉めて
・傷つきたくない→私は大丈夫
・キャンセルしてほしくない→約束を守ってほしい
で、この項目の最後に、こんな言葉でまとめられている。
「ポジティブな感情とネガティブな感情が同時に心を占めることはありえない。
どちらか一方が他方より勝るはずだ。
ポジティブな感情が心の中で優勢を占めるようにするのは、あなたの責任である」

この本の188ページからは、「子どもにもわかる<引き寄せの法則>」という項目をつくり、小学校で10歳の子どもたちに教えるとき、「マイナスの波動」の代わりに「イヤな感じ」という言葉を使ったところ、上記のような意味合いが子どもたちにも伝わったようだ。
・遅刻するな→時間どおりに来て
・服を汚さないで→服をきれいにしておいて
・廊下を走るな→廊下は歩きなさい
・コートを脱ぎっぱなしにしないで→コートを掛けなさい
・いじめはいけない→仲良く遊ぼう
・家の中でボール遊びをしない→外でボール遊びをしよう
・パソコンのそばで食べたり飲んだりするな→テーブルで食べよう
これを読み、コピーライターである僕も、家の中で（特に子どもたちに）無意識にマイナス言葉を使っていることがあり、そのことにあらためて気づき、少し反省した。言葉を生業にしているのに、日常生活の中で油断をしていたなと思い知らされた。反省、反省。いや、次から変えていこう。
この本も手元に置いて、ときどき読み返すのがいいかもしれない。
